Jimmy Hussey has served as DJ to over 1,500 weddings in the Greater St. Louis Area. Jimmy talks about being a drummer in working bands as a young kid, family experiences as the youngest of 9, problems with alcohol, 18 years of sobriety, and values he appreciates in others and himself.
I had the privilege of getting to know friends Mike and Sarah better as we talked about lots of stuff, but the thing that made the biggest impact on me was when Sarah brought up her dreams of motherhood and 6 years of marriage with no children. I think this made an impact on me because I, like many people, can relate to some extent of life not being “right”. Sarah and Mike’s faith in the midst of that means something to me. It encourages me in my own faith. I feel like I’m not alone.
